Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- Blurry PDF:
- If the customer receives a PDF that is blurry or unreadable.
- Wrong PDF:
- If the customer receives a PDF that does not match the product description or their order.
- Duplicate Payments:
- If the customer has made payment more than once for the same notes.
- Incomplete PDF:
- If the PDF received is incomplete or missing content.
- Non-Receipt of PDF:
- If the customer does not receive the purchased PDF within the specified delivery time.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details:
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of the blurry PDF or proof of duplicate payment).
- Review Period:
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- Approval and Processing:
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the content of the notes unless they fall under the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- Errors caused by the customer, such as incorrect email addresses or non-responsiveness.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
